  Always ask how can I help you today when you step in their store. Store can be busy at times, but shows they know how to do their job, customers always coming back.

  I went in to the store on a Sunday I know how busy everything is Sunday so I knew I was going to wait a while, but since my phone wasn't charging I needed a quick fix, so I walk into the store with my 8 year old son and not even greeted by the employee taking down names of the people walking in here name is SERA I believe (young girl with blond hair). So I approach her and ask her if she can let me know where the wireless chargers are, she looks over at me and points to where there at not even taking the time to walk me over or even ask if I needed help (it was my 1st time in that store btw) I also asked her if I had to write down my name on the list so I can pay she completely ignored me and walked over to another customer walking in, so I go about my business and find what I'm looking for. I walk back over to her and ask her AGAIN if I have to put down my name to pay for my charger or if I can just pay for it right away, she then tells me "HOLD ON" leaves me standing there to walk over to some other 2 families (American families btw ) walking in and to greet them as she leaves me standing there she actually remembered to walk back to me and then tell me "YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT AND BE PUT DOWN ON THE LIST TO PAY FOR THAT AND PUTS ME DOWN AFTER THE 2 FAMILIES THAT GOT THERE about 7 minutes AFTER ME" since it was busy I said can you just put it on hold and ill come back and pay for it she then just said yea and walked away with the charger in her hand without asking my name or anything! I confronted her and told her she was being super rude that there wasn't no need for her to treat me that way she then started to talk over me and didn't let me finish talking. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISSRESPECTED EVER AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT I FELT THAT SHE WAS BEING RACIST NOT JUST TO ME BUT THE WAY I SEEN HER TREAT A COUPLE OTHER FAMILIES THAT DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH IN THE SHORT TIME I WAS THERE! BUT THEN WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO GREET ANYBODY ELSE THAT WASNT MEXICAN OR DIDNT LOOK UP TO HER STANDARDS! I will for sure be contacting her manager ,district manager, and their corporate office ! ATT please do something about your garbage employees belittling other people I for sure didn't feel valued or like you guys wanted my business!! after I left this office I went to ATT in Turlock ON FULKERTH soooo much better I not only got what I was looking for but ended up adding another line and Wi-Fi for my home I was treated with dignity and respect thank you for the much better experience Rosa and the other employee helping me and my family they need more employees like you guys!!
