  I really do love T mobile. Our store in Turlock, Ca is amazing. Everyone there are friendly and helpful, and I'm always greeted with a smile when I come, (which can be often at times). Recently I had to replace my galaxy8. When my new one arrived, I came in knowing nothing about transferring things from one phone to another. Right away Saul Mojica came to my rescue. He's was friendly, helpful, although it took awhile be stayed with me for the duration. I had to come back again today, day 3, for lack of understanding on my part and as usual Saul met me with a smile and patiently helped me with with all my silly and not so silly questions. He laughed at my lame jokes, he helped me to understand everything and more. I'm 63 years old and sometimes all of the new technology can be overwhelming. But tmobile and their employees are always ready with a helping hand. Also, would like to give a shout out to Oscar and Ahmed, who have also helped me on more than one occasion. They 're just as remarkable in their service. Thank you again T-Mobile for your quality service, your above and beyond the call of duty employees, and special thanks again to Saul, Oscar and Ahmed.
